Canva is the bomb[dot]com and has so many benefits. I’d dare to say a million benefits, even. It’s a graphic design platform that empowers biz owners to create graphics, documents, slide decks, social media graphics - really anything for your brand assets. In this fancy little blurb, I’ll be walking you through how to set up your brand in Canva Pro. It’s pretty easy lemon squeezy.

Step 1: Log in to Canva Pro

If you haven’t subscribed to Canva Pro yet, hop on to it. You can also get a free trial before committing if you’d like - although it is a business expense.

Step 2: Go to the Brand Kit

Once you're logged in to your Canva Pro account, click on "Brand Kit" in the left-hand sidebar. This will take you to the Brand Kit dashboard, where you can set up and manage your brand assets.

Step 3: Add Your Brand Name

The first step in setting up your brand in Canva Pro is to add your brand name. Click on the "Brand Name" field and enter the name of your brand.

Step 4: Add Your Brand Colors

Next, you'll need to add your brand colors. Canva Pro allows you to save up to six brand colors. To add your brand colors, click on the "Colors" tab and click on the "Add a color" button. You can then enter the hex code for your brand colors or select them from the color picker.

Step 5: Add Your Brand Fonts

In addition to brand colors, you'll also need to add your brand fonts. Canva Pro allows you to save up to three brand fonts. To add your brand fonts, click on the "Fonts" tab and click on the "Add a font" button. You can then select your brand fonts from the dropdown menu or upload your own custom fonts.

Step 6: Add Your Brand Logos

Finally, you'll need to add your brand logos. Canva Pro allows you to save up to ten brand logos. To add your brand logos, click on the "Logos" tab and click on the "Upload a logo" button. You can then upload your brand logos from your computer or connect to your social media accounts to import your logos.

Step 7: Start Creating Designs

Once you've set up your brand in Canva Pro, you can start creating designs that align with your brand's visual identity. When you create a new design in Canva Pro, you can access your brand kit by clicking on the "Brand Kit" button in the left-hand sidebar. This will allow you to easily apply your brand colors, fonts, and logos to your designs.
